The marina has been designed to accommodate 300 slips, office areas, port captaincy, a control center, yacht club amenities, boat shops, retail and specialty restaurants, security houses, parking, warehouses, wine cellars, a service area, a wastewater treatment plant for the marina, a solid waste and oil warehouse, a travel lift, a ramp, dry marina dockage, a boat workshop, hull work areas and a sail rigging area, among others.

With our partnership of Mónaco our goal is to redesign the marina for larger yachts up to 300 feet.

The Tambor marina will cover an enormous need for comfortable and safe berths for boats from the entire area from Paquera to Sta Teresa. It will have a vision of service completely different from what exists in the country as it will focus on developing all water sports in general and sailing in particular, creating at the time the hitherto non-existent Costa Rican Federation of Water Sports which will have a direct and positively in many middle-class families that now do not see it as possible to enjoy the sea in an integral way.
