Currently (in 2022) leading the $2.5B portfolio of hotel,  leisure, residential and nautical real estate projects.

Establishing commercial relationships with companies such as Marriott, Marina Monaco Management, Meliá, Majestic, Hotusa, Tyrval, among others.

Alexander P. Grikitis

PRESIDENT 

Partner in Cobano Preserve & Tambor Marina.

Alexander Grikitis Currently, Mr. Grikitis is the President of Grikitis Group LLC, and he was formally the President and Manager Director of Operations of Oban Energy, LLC (a $ 5.5 billion project), which is developing a refinery and storage facility in The Bahamas. Prior to joining Oban, Mr. Grikitis was a Partner in DGD Capital which ran Parallel Fund III A $300 Million Dollar Private Equity Fund, and principal of Savannah Trust Realty, LLC and its affiliates, a commercial real estate brokerage firm established in Savannah, GA. Mr. Grikitis was also a principal of ShipShape Restoration and Design LLC. ShipShape specialized in re -developing and re -positioning historical and industrial properties and specialized in utilizing historic tax credits and LEED Certified Green Historic Restoration Mr. Grikitis is also the President of Art for Everyone Foundation, LLC, which is a not -for -profit art foundation that supports and assists in the development of young artists. Mr. Grikitis graduated from Savannah College of Art & Design with a B.F.A. in Historic Preservation.

Michel Neutelings

Consolidated professional in the areas of project analysis, project financing and valuation of start-up companies. He has held managerial positions such as Credit Manager and Operations Manager in financial institutions in Costa Rica. He has 15 years of experience in project finance, project management and financial evaluation.
He has carried out research in various fields such as Pharmacoeconomics and Public Sector for the research division of the Postgraduate in Economics of the University of Costa Rica, and for the State of the Nation Program. He has founded and directed personal companies in the food and beverage, textile, vending industries and currently owns Montecastilla, a company dedicated to the outsourcing of personnel for foreign companies and consulting on project finance and business strategy issues. He has complemented his professional career with a part-time dedication as a professor since 2014 for postgraduate, undergraduate and specialization programs at the University of Costa Rica and the Central American Technological University UNITEC® in Honduras.

Phil Marriott was born in Washington, DC. His dad, Russell, brother to J. Willard Marriott who founded Marriott Hotels, developed Marriott with the 4 brothers into an 8,500-hotel business. Phil is proud of the Marriott name and is committed to maintaining and continuing his good name. The Family has donated to Universities like University of Utah and Brigham Young University as well as many deserving charities. His mom, Phyllis after whom he is named, was just as accomplished and influential to Phil, as she was the ‘National Mother of the Year’ in 1972.

Bertha Mora Jiménez

Economist graduated from the University of Costa Rica, master in economics with an emphasis in Banking and Risk Management.

Bertha also earned two MBA’s the first one in Management from the University of Costa Rica and the second one in Finance from the European Business School and a postgraduate degree in Project Management.

With more than 12 years of experience in areas such as: Macroeconomic Statistics, Project and Property Management, Real Estate and Retail Market Research in Central America and the Caribbean.

Hence past works, Bertha have an extensive experience in carrying out feasibility studies, real estate and retail market research, national/international economic analysis and fiscal statistics.
